Pffiou! celebrates like it's 1999!

Today is a big day for Pffiou! and my subscribo members. Indeed we have reached over….

1000 SUBSCRIBERS!!!

*breaks out the champagne, dances naked around the store and drags you all in a conga dance!*

*coughs*

Erm…

So yeah we have reached 1000 subscribers!! Of course I had to celebrate that by sending a new subscribo gift:

You can use this pose with boy/girl, girl/girl, boy/boy, boy/Obiwan Kenobi etc…! So go enjoy this cute group pose and laze around under the SL sun with whoever you want :D

Pffiou! Giddy Up y'all!

Howdy!

As some of you might already know the Pro Posers hunt is starting tonight at midnight SLT! And Pffiou! is in it!

It will run from the 15th of August till the 30th of August but what’s really original about it is that all the participating stores are poses store!

To learn more about it you can either go check their website or you can join the group in world, I put an inviter in the store next to the subscribo. In total there are 35 stores participating!

So what did my crazy mind come up with for this hunt? Well I dunno about you but I have seen cowgirls and cowboys all over lately so "Giddy Up!" my friends!

It’s a 5 people group pose and the fence comes with it but since as usual you can hide/show the poseballs you can also use it on your own or with the number of people you want!

I already put the prize up since I won’t be awake at midnight SLT so if you want to grab it now to avoid the lag of the hunt later on you can do so!

Pffiou! Because it's never too late for it!

Oh hai!

Remember me? I know it’s been a loooooooooong time since the last release for Pffiou! but I have been… busy?

Anyway I had to come back with a bang! So this week I don’t have one but three releases! Two poses set, one for men and one for women, and a couple pose. Here have a look at the prutty pictures:

I also finally worked up my courage (read: I was bored) and decorated the front lawn of the store. So go check it out! And say hello to my robot (it has poses!) at the entrance of the store, there might be something in it for you… :D

Pffiou! Moving Sale 50% off babeh!

Huh?!

Say whaaaaaat? Pffiou! moved again?! Yes for such is life friends and as much as it saddens me (read: zomg I have to change all the LMs!) I can’t do anything about it except… Having a moving sale!

Pffiou! and The Vendor Support Month Tale

Hey Peeps !

As promised today celebrates the launch of the Vendor Support Month and Pffiou! participation in it! 

Basically 50 stores have come together to put out items for 10L$ to give you a sample of our works at a fair price. This is not a hunt, all items are clearly displayed and you know what you are getting from the vendor picture. If you want to read more about the VSM you can either check out its website or click the board next to the item I made for it.

I put my item at the entrance of the store next to the subscribo. It’s a couple pose with an accessory I made myself called Fan Secrets. I also put the poseballs on their own so you can use them without the fan:

Pffiou! Just Is

Oh hai !

I am so happy to see some new faces in the Pffiou! subscribo since last time! If we keep at it we will reach 1000 subscribers soon \o/

So anyway this week I worked with one of the hardest thing to use in SL, I yanked some hairs out of my head but I finally managed to use it in some group poses:

On another note on Monday the Vendor Support Month starts and I am lucky enough to be a part of it. I will have a special item for sale for 10L$ in the store but I will give you guys more info on that Monday!

Pffiou! shares The Love

Hey Folks !

I know I have been super quiet lately but I was kind of busy with a lot of things! First let me introduce you to this week release for Pffiou!, it’s a group pose for two called Aisuru Hime after my very good friend Aisuru the genius behind Beloved Custom Designs.

As a special treat for 24 hours only and starting now this couple pose is 125L$ instead of its normal price of 150L$ so come and grab it quick!

Now you might notice a new kiosk under my subscribo called DSN (Designer Showcase Network). This kiosk allows you to subscribe to different channels (Female, male, poses, accessories…) and each day you will receive a free sample from one of the designers’ in that category. You can of course subscribe to all the categories. The system is still new but very promising in my humble opinion; I think it will definitely help people broaden their shopping experience in SL by discovering new stores daily.

If you subscribe to number 7 Animations and Poses you will sooner or later receive this special version of this week’s release called Sai Hime after my lovely friend Sai. I know, I know how can you *not* subscribe now?!

Pffiou! Bringing men to YOU

*laughs maniacally*

Oh this week I went a bit crazy people I am sorry to say!

As a single in SL I often see those gorgeous couple poses and instantly get depressed. 

Well no more! Ladies if men won’t come to us then I shall bring men to you!

Yes you are not dreaming, presenting Cardboard Loving! For all your posing needs! That’s one man who won’t get irritated with you for changing outfits too often or for taking a while to snap that picture. I do think it’s the perfect man! I have included a script in it to change between 9 different textures. Come and try it out in store, you can either buy the pack of five poses or you can buy them separately by clicking on the small “Pffiou!” boxes next to the displays.

I know it’s hard to top this awesome news but I also released a new single poses set called Murder Doll, the inspiration came to me with the new look I am sporting lately.

Pffiou! new main store!

Hey peeps!

It is here, can you feel it? Pffiou! main store is now open! *takes a champagne shower* 

Feel free to have a look around; I had a lot of fun decorating the garden and I am thinking of adding a fishing spot so you guys can hang out there. Please keep in mind the sim is mostly residential so be courteous and respectful to the residents who live here. If you have any feedback at all I will gladly welcome it! Hopefully this will be Pffiou!’s home for a while.

As for the new releases a friend of mine told me the store was missing some couple poses well… their wish, my command:

And to celebrate the opening I created a new dollarbie! It is a set of 6 poses called Standoffish. I put the dollarbies’ section under the stairs so you can’t miss it. 

I really hope you will all like the store’s new home. I am still tweaking a thing or two at the moment so if you see me in the store: don’t run off! I swear I won’t bite ya (or will I? Dun dun dun!).

Pffiou! and Beloved

Dear blog,

How have you been? Still posting?

Me? Well you know me: busy, busy, busy. This week a very good friend of mine, Aisuru Rieko from Beloved Designs, and me from Pffiou! worked together on an evil project to bring cuteness to the world. She made an awesome backpack and I created an ao to go with it.

The result? Well, see for yourself old friend!

Yup you are not dreaming, for only 2l you can get both the backpack and ao. Just teleport to one of our stores and buy it! (oh yeah and you can't miss the vendor...)

However with cuteness must come evil as well, for such is the way of the world as you know. Therefore I poured all of my remaining fighting spirit from last week into this week’s release: Queen of Emo. It’s a 14 sword poses set (kick ass attitude not included).

Pffiou! Bunnyfight and Bunny Hop

I loved working on those poses! As you can see there are 10 of them so you can safely anticipate that I will do another set in the future.

Pffiou! En Pointe poses set

Happy Sunday everyone!

I have made it back alive from the deepest circle of Hell (read: My internship) to bring you this week’s new release for Pffiou!

Now blame it on the ballet lessons I couldn’t seem to master when I was young (read: I sucked), on the Nature and Discovery channel that featured flamingos lately or blame it on whoever you want (they had it coming anyway) but this week release is called En Pointe.

As you can see those poses are not just ballet poses. Oh no. They are much more than that! 

I am pretty sure those poses could find the cure for Cancer; yup that’s how much they rock so you better come and get yours quick!

Now it’s time for me to go and practice my “Pas de Bourree”, I am not giving up on that ballet career!

Pffiou! Flickr Contest Winners

Here are the first results from Pffiou! Flickr Contest. Fist I want to say that the contest is not over! I will change the pictures from time to time when the fancy strikes me so keep sending entries!

Thank god it’s Friday!! And what better way to start the week-end than with a new release from your favorite poses store Pffiou! (Maybe? Possibly? Kinda?)

Pffiou! La Haute new poses set

Hello chums and chumettes!

I finally got the new release for Pffiou! up and running! It's a new single poses set called La Haute. The idea came to me while watching America's Next Top Model the other day, seriously isn't that show hilarious? So anyway here is a little preview of the poses and the store's poster.

In other news the flickr contest is still on, there has been some entries already but I haven't made my choice yet so check out the rules for the contest and come take a peek at the store's flick group!

Oh and by the way if you haven't gone to the store to get the V-Day dollarbie now is the time because I am taking it down tomorrow 12pm SLT. So come on down to the store and get it, it's called Peaceful.

Next week release will probably be a group pose for seven avatars so keep an eye out (don't keep it out too long though it could hurt)!

Pffiou! flickr contest

So this week I don’t have any new releases for you as I have been extremely busy with my last reports and exams before leaving for my internship. But don’t worry you guys will get double the fun next week! I have a lot of projects and ideas brewing.

Which brings me to this week's news, as you know, or don’t, the store has a Flick group where you can post pictures or yourself while holding a pose from the store. However so far, apart from two lovely ladies that shall remain nameless, the group is rather empty. An empty and lifeless group kills a baby panda every second: true story! We can’t have that now can we?

So behold the Pffiou! flickr group contest!

What do you have to do?

Take a picture of yourself doing a pose (single or group) from the store and publish it in the group.

What are the rules?

Well except for a certain amount of decorum such as no extreme nudity and gor (without banishing it completely of course) everything goes! Photoshop or natural as you wish! Just as long as we can still recognize the pose. Don't forget to mention which pose you are doing in the picture, I know them all but people looking at your picture might not!

There are no limits in the number of pictures you can post.

What do you win?

I will probably select 3 or 5 pictures in the bunch, not more as my store is still quite small, and they will be displayed in the store for a certain amount of time. In addition the winners will get to choose a poses set or group pose of their choice that they will get for free!

When does it end?

Never! I will probably keep doing it as long as people post pictures. I will select the first winners as soon as there will be enough pictures to choose from.

 

So there you have it! Keep in mind that if you add your picture to the flickr group it might potentially end up being displayed in my store.

There is nothing creepy about that new poses set from Pffiou! though... (see what I did there?)

New Group Pose - Bodyguards

First off thanks for joining the subscribo everyone! I promise you will (mostly) not regret it !

Now on to some real facts, I have been working hard and hardly working! The fruit of this labor is a new group pose for three called Bodyguards:

Do you do custom work?

 

I do, just contact me with your idea and I will see what I can do, however I reserve myself the right to decline the proposition depending on what it is. The price will depend on whether or not you allow me to sell the product in my store and on the amount of time I have to put into it.

 

About group poses:

 

Every group poses has a special script that will allow you to hide or show the poseballs. Simply type “hide” in local chat to hide the poseballs and type “show” in local chat for the poseballs to appear.

About the store and its name:

 

I decided to start my own store when I realized how happy it made me to share my goofy poses with my friends. I can only hope you will enjoy them as much as I do!

 

Pffiou is the French way of saying phew, you pronounce it exactly the same way you would pronounce the word phew in english. Why this name? I think one of the first things you would say after holding a pose for long is “Pffiou!” so it’s very fitting!
